In case of facing errors while using our Services, we will collect the log data of your phone or device. Users can request to have their accounts removed from XQSeat app and to stop using our Services temporarily or permanently. Users must ensure they give us 15 to 30 days to remove their accounts from the XQSeat app.
The Customer’s data (also known as the organization’s data) belongs to the Customer. A Customer reserves the right to request the cancelation of their account and services, and permanently delete their data from our servers. If a Customer requests to transfer or delete their data on XQSeat app, they would be solely responsible for safeguarding all their organization’s data.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We maintain a variety of appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information. We limit access to personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to retrieve that information to provide our services. We have implemented reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect personal information about you.

While we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. XQSeat will notify users in case we are facing a malware or a security breach.
